order processing

  • all orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received.

  • orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

shipping within new zealand

  • we ship all orders via nz post to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

  • estimated delivery times:

    • standard shipping: 2–3 business days.

    • express shipping (if available): 1–2 business days.

order tracking

  • once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

delivery information

  • pease ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. we are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • if a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

shipping to australia

  • international orders to australia are also shipped via nz post.

  • estimated delivery times:

    • standard international shipping: 5–10 business days.

    • express international shipping (if applicable & available): 3–5 business days.

  • shipping costs:

    • flat-rate standard shipping: $15.99 nzd.

    • free shipping is available for orders over $65 nzd.

  • please note: additional customs duties or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

shipping delays

  • while we aim to deliver orders on time, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions, high courier demand, or public holidays.

lost or damaged packages

  • we take care to ensure your order is packaged securely. if your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or no turn up.

  • for damaged items, please include photos of the package and the product when you contact us.
